Do opposites attract?

According to a wise person who knows alot about life "opposite persons are not attracted but are destined to be". Yes, I agree, but I have a different explanation as well. They attract because it feels a void in the person. The emptiness inside the person is being filled by the other person vice-versa. Thus resulting in a bond that is hard to break.. such is the bond of friendship.






But some say that they don't attract because opposites argue with each other, and the arguement results into fights. That's a problem that needs to be resolve. That such small arguements result into a big fight. This is a negative trait of human beings. And it needs to be changed.




Considering these facts, I still favor that opposites attract, for I also experienced it, and currently experiencing it today.
